WHEN DID YOU TAKE YOUR FIRST CLASS AT SPARK45? 

Well….Mom does not let me take classes, but I watch a lot.  I was 8 weeks old when I went to my first class.  When I was little, she let me roam the room.  It was fun.  See below to learn why

HOW DID YOU DISCOVER SPARK45?

My mom created SPARK45, so I don’t know like without it.  It is literally my second home.  I have 2-3 beds, water bowls, and I get so many treats. 

WHEN, AND WHY DID YOU BECOME A LAGREE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR AT SPARK45? 

Well, I am not allowed to be an instructor, but I am the lead of the motivation and official motivation.  

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOVE? 

Mermaid and kneeling crunch (twisted also) because I can give lots of kisses. 

WHAT MOVE DO YOU INTERNALLY (OR AUDIBLY) GROAN ABOUT DURING CLASS? 

I really just like it when my mom says my name, but then I groan when she does not come and pet me.  

WHY DO YOU LOVE SPARK45 AND THE MEGA FORMER? 

I am a dog.  I just love my mom, and everyone who gives me treats, snuggles, and pets.  PLUS,  mom has met lots of people who love me and want to watch me when she leaves me (I know that is terrible)

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOTIVATIONAL THOUGHT/PHRASES TO HELP YOU GET THROUGH A TOUGH MOVE? 

Three, two, one and done….it means I get more attention because class is over.  

WHAT IS ONE FUN RANDOM FACT ABOUT YOU? 

I am an open book, but if you sit down I might just snuggle with you.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU LIVED IN CARPINTERIA & HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME? 

All of my life minus the first 8 weeks!!!

WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE BLACK DOG? 

My favorite dog is Zoe, I don’t know what color she is.  I am a dog so color blind.  She was my first dog friend.  I love her and miss her.
